Tara Szybillo is a professional dancer, instructor, and choreographer with experience performing in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and the New York Jets, as well as the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA. Her choreography credits include the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, the Dallas Mavericks D-Town Crew, and the Oklahoma City Thunder Girls. She has performed alongside well-known artists Thomas Rhett, Dorrough, CeCe Peniston and Cedric Gervais, as well as at Superbowl XLVIII: known for the Bruno Mars + the Red Hot Chili Peppers halftime.

After experiencing exhilarating highs and lows in her dance career, Tara recognized a need to meet, accept, and empower dancers at every stage of their journey. Through DRIP, Tara focuses on creating a safe space for dancers to develop their skills, feel empowered, and explore outside of their comfort zones.
